1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before preparation begins.

  • Once the order is being prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

2. How to Cancel

  • Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation:

  • Provide your order number and details of the items to help us process your request quickly.

3. Refunds

  • If a cancellation is accepted before preparation, any payments made will be fully refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Special Orders

  • Orders for festivals, bulk orders, or special occasions may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.

  • These orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun due to the perishable nature of the products.
